The Squids is a Swiss rock cover band that has been thrilling the stages of Switzerland with energetic performances since its foundation in 1995. Founded by Markus Hiltbrunner and Denis Bamford, among others, the remaining founding members, The Squids pay homage to hard rock and pop/rock legends from days long past and modern times. Their repertoire ranges from AC/DC to Kings of Leon, Foo Fighters, Sunrise Avenue, U2 and Green Day, to name just a few of the almost 100 songs in their repertoire. Sometimes rock, sometimes punk, but always with a lot of fun and passion for the music. The Squids have been stable in their current line-up since 2019 and have delighted audiences throughout Switzerland on various occasions. The year 2025 is now under the banner of the band's 30th anniversary, which of course needs to be celebrated properly.
